The printing process at the kiosk wasn't smooth. Even when I scanned the PIN code instead of the QR code, the kiosk failed to print the ticket. I ended up having to collect the ticket from a guide on the island of Venice.★

Our tour guide Pamela is excellent! Very knowledgeable and with a sense of humor which makes the whole tour even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to do this tour when you are in Venice!
