There is a 2hr drive in each direction. The bus was a Mercedes 8 seated (7 + driver) and quite comfortable. Our driver Luca drove very safely and knew the drive we'll. There is no food as stated, but opportunity to buy at local Cafe's etc. Take water for your trip for between stops. Both Marco and Luca did a fantastic job at keeping us safe and well informed of upcoming events and toilet stops etc. There was plenty of opportunities for photos and every pic I took looks like a postcard! If you're unsure or still debating this trip, just do it! You won't regret it!!

Well paced, delightful commentary, comfortable ride. The Cotswolds are lovely, old and historic but would otherwise be a bunch of quaint old buildings, a church, houses with small doors and cafes and shops along a Main Street. Our tour guide pointed out so many things we otherwise wouldn’t have noticed and explained the why behind what we saw. Oxford had more grandeur and significance after learning when, why and who built the university and town encompassing it. A perfect day outside London for our stay.


