Our guide, Jo, made the difference. She was knowledgeable, cheerful, professional, and attentive to the needs of each member of the group. She provided excellent presentations of the places we visited throughout the excursion. Highly recommended. Oscar, the driver, was punctual, attentive, and precise. The trip was comfortable, and even in heavy traffic, he managed to find alternative routes that allowed us to stay on schedule. Very good.

This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off.

I would like to thank Marina for her great professionalism. She was very cheerful and extremely pleasant. Despite the communication difficulties due to the language barrier, I had an excellent time and had some truly wonderful encounters. Not knowing Italy well, this visit allowed me to discover it from a different perspective. I highly recommend this experience, truly enriching. 😁 Thanks again, it was truly fantastic.

Beautiful scenery, skipper was fine, organization was good. My only complaint is that the commentary was only in English; I could have chosen French commentary when I selected the option.


