Reviews: From Praslin: La Digue Boat Trip with Bike Rental

Not good at all ! This is the worst arrangement we have had by Get Your Guide , caused mainly by insufficient information for the trip. For the travellers - pls note that this trip is by community ferry, leaves at 9.00 am and returns at 16.00 You arrive at La Digue at 9.30 and must be back at ferry station by 15.30 or you are left behind. Once at La Digue , chaos follows because you get to realise riding bicycles in super heat on very steep slopes around is NOT a good idea so must find alternative. Alternatives are expensive, and are in addition to what you have already paid i.e. 160 £ for a couple. You find out tt the best ( and most expensive) form of transport is electric buggy . Strongly suggest you look carefully at alternatives. Pls do not underestimate how hot it is on La Digue between 10.00 am and 16.00 - even locals cannot stand the heat .
Reviews: Island Adventure Cousin, Curieuse & St Pierre with BBQ Bliss

This was a fabulous day out, good knowledgeable guides for both the island tours. Carried out at a relaxed pace with plenty of time to enjoy it all... and the bbq was delicious and so much food! My only concern during the day was waiting for transport pick up. This was 15 mins late which was not a problem other than, with no data or WiFi, I was unable to call to check.
Reviews: Tropical Trio Escape: Coco, Félicité & La Digue Island.

It was a unique and perhaps unrepeatable experience. We snorkeled at Coco and Felicité. And we met a sea turtle. A once-in-a-lifetime experience. Patrick was a skilled skipper. The waters were choppy, and he expertly steered our small boat. The bike tour of La Digue was also lovely. Excellent organization: hotel pick-up and drop-off were very well organized. Our driver, Nigel, was very kind and professional.

Our guide, David, was very engaged and laid-back, and would do almost anything to ensure we had a pleasant afternoon. It was also very helpful that he spoke several languages.

Gerard made the tour very fun and informative. Great climbing sections, and the way back through the water was unique.

Luckily, we were the only two guests going to La Digue that day, so we traveled by private speedboat. The timing was completely flexible — they asked us when we wanted to come back and picked us up right on time.
