Please present your voucher at the Payag (Reception). The voucher is valid only on the specified date of use
Farm tour: Mondays-Sundays 07:00 - 18:00
Dining: Mondays-Sundays 09:00 - 20:00
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Please note: A corresponding fee applies for the fresh catch and cooking request
- Children aged 0 - 3 can join this activity free of charge and must be accompanied by a paying adult
