Disclaimer:
After the visa is issued, this product needs to be mailed to the address in the applicant's country of citizenship. Please arrange the cross-border express delivery time reasonably on your own. If the delay in the journey causes losses due to express delivery delays, our company will not be responsible.
Instructions:
1. Applicants may only apply 14 days prior to departure. Once issued, visas must be mailed to the applicant's country of citizenship. Applicants are advised to arrange international courier delivery accordingly. To avoid delays in travel, it is recommended to apply in advance.
2. If your itinerary changes, you must contact us promptly to confirm the new date and itinerary. Failure to enter the country as planned, resulting in an inability to verify hotel information, may result in your being recorded as a non-returner.
3. There must be one adult in the team, and the rest of the members can be minors.
Kind tips:
1. Processing time, length of stay, visa validity period, and number of entries are for reference only. Actual results are subject to consular approval. Processing times may be affected by consular review speed, additional document requirements, and other uncontrollable factors, and we cannot guarantee this. Group members must travel in and out together.
2. Visa application results are unpredictable. Please do not pay for airfare, hotel accommodations, tour fees, or other expenses before obtaining a visa. We strongly recommend that you defer payment of these fees until you have successfully obtained a visa and confirmed your information is correct. If your trip is lost due to visa rejection, delayed issuance, or the consulate's failure to promptly return your passport, you will be solely responsible for any associated risks and financial losses.
3. After receiving your visa, please carefully check the visa information (including passport number, name in pinyin, gender, date of birth, visa validity period, and visa type). Once you have confirmed that everything is correct, arrange your airfare, hotel, and other expenses. If you find any errors or have any questions, please contact our customer service within 48 hours.
4. During the document review process, if we find that an applicant does not meet the visa application requirements (including but not limited to incomplete documents, inadequate qualifications, false information, etc.), we reserve the right to reject your application. Applicants must ensure that all documents provided are true, complete, and meet the requirements. During the application process, we may request additional documents based on your circumstances or, if necessary, advise you to terminate your application.
5. During the visa processing process, the embassy or consulate may request additional documents or conduct a telephone interview. Applicants must keep their phone lines accessible (incoming calls may appear as unknown or blocked numbers). If you receive a request for additional documents, please submit it within the time limit specified by the consulate. If you receive a call from the consulate, please answer truthfully and ensure that the information provided is consistent with your application materials.
6. Our company only provides professional visa processing services, including document review, application submission, and application progress monitoring. Please note that we do not handle subsequent matters such as immigration clearance, customs inspection, or entry permits. Applicants must independently verify immigration policies (such as health declarations and entry restrictions) to ensure they meet entry requirements. Applicants are solely responsible for any losses or losses incurred due to policy changes, epidemic control measures, customs inspections, or other force majeure. Our company assumes no liability.
7. Additional Note on Temporary Price Adjustments by Embassies and Consulates: Visa application fees are subject to the actual rates charged by embassies and consulates at the time of application. Our company only collects and pays the fees on behalf of applicants. If visa prices change due to policy adjustments by the country of application or the embassy or consulate, this constitutes force majeure. Please understand and pay us the full amount of the actual fees incurred during the application process.
