How to use

- Present your booking number at the reception for verification.

- Lounge Locations and Redemption Time:

(Tickets may be exchanged and used during operating hours. Unused duration will not be refunded if the usage period extends beyond business hours.)

1) Suvarnabhumi International Airport - Premium Class Lounge (Domestic Terminal): Gate A1(Before Security Check) , 05:00 - 22:00.

2) Suvarnabhumi International Airport - First Class Lounge (International Terminal): Gate D1(Before Security Check), 06:00 am - midnight.

3) Suvarnabhumi International Airport - Finest Business Class Lounge (International Terminal): Gate D1(Before Security Check), 24 hours service.

4) Suvarnabhumi International Airport - Finest Business Class Lounge (Cocoon)(International Terminal): Gate C1(Before Security Check), 24 hours service.

5) Suvarnabhumi International Airport - Finest Business Class Lounge(Cosmo)(International Terminal): Gate C2(Before Security Check), 06:00 am - 02:00 am.

6) Don Mueang International Airport - Finest Business Class Lounge (International Terminal): After Immigration(After Security Check), 24 hours service.

7) Don Mueang International Airport - Excecutive Lounge (Domestic ternimal): Gate 51(After Security Check), 05:00-22:00.

8) Don Mueang International Airport - Excutive lounge(Forest) (Domestic terminal): Bus Gate(After Security Check), 05:00 - 20:00.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Booking Requirement:

A dated ticket with a confirmed flight number is required for all bookings.
All reservations must be made by our reservation team.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Full Charge: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival/departure are non-refundable.
No-Show: Failure to arrive will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Overtime fee

For Coral Executive Lounge 2 hours per service, with an extra charge of THB 350 for each additional 15 minutes. -/ First Class THB1,000. -/1 hour. (Collect an extra hour at the Coral Lounge)
