Your reservation is confirmed as soon as your order is placed. To collect your tickets, please proceed to the theater box office on the day of the performance between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Please have your name and mobile number ready for verification. Rest assured, your tickets are guaranteed and will be available for collection at the venue prior to the event.
You will receive an email with pickup instructions, the theater address, and our contact info the night before the show. Please note: this email is sent only the evening prior. If your performance is still upcoming, we appreciate your patience and ask that you avoid sending status inquiries. However, for any bookings made on the actual show day, we will contact you promptly instead.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 9:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 9:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
