How to use
Passengers taking the ferry should arrive at Hong Kong International Airport and proceed to the Mainland China/Macau Fast Ferry Ticketing Counter at E2 Transfer Area (5th floor of Hong Kong International Airport) at least 60 minutes before departure. Present your e-ticket to exchange for a boat ticket and hand over your baggage tag to the counter staff to receive your ferry baggage ticket. The staff will assist with transferring your baggage to the ferry. After completing the boarding procedures, take the subway (Airport Express) to Hong Kong International Airport's SkyPier to board the ferry.
Important reminder: Do not complete Hong Kong immigration procedures or retrieve checked baggage. If passengers have already completed Hong Kong immigration procedures, they will not be able to return to the Fast Ferry ticket counter or use the ferry transfer service.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 15% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
