How to use
Please present your Fast Track confirmation email or provide your name to the staff.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:59 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
  • Children under 10 years of age are free of charge. 
  • Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport 
  • Fast Track is available from 06.00am - 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time) 
  • A THB 1,000 service fee per person applies for visa on arrival (Visa fee not included). 
  • Transit assistance is available at THB 600 per person. 
  • Buggy service is only available on the Arrival Fast Track. Maximum. 3 pax/buggy. 
  • If denied entry to the country by immigration, it is impossible for us to help you - no refund will be made. 
  • We need the essential documents of all guests to proceed the VOA service fee in advance via email or WhatsApp as follows: A copy of passport all passenger, A copy of a confirmed return ticket to show that they are flying out of Thailand within 15 days of entry, A copy of hotel confirmation letter. 
  • Please prepare 2 recent photographs (2"x 2"), visa application form (Receive on arrival), Arrival card (Receive on arrival). 
  • Please note that VISA fee is payable upon entry on spot by own arrangement. 
  • Each passenger is allowed to bring up to 3 pieces of luggage. If you bring more, please inform us as additional charges may apply.
