Thank you so much for the driver's warm and thoughtful service. I was worried about communication issues, but he spoke good English. He was very careful to pick me up on time, using my name tag, and checked my destination. I wanted to visit a beach on the way, and he even stopped to recommend one. On our way back, we were stuck in traffic and took a bit longer, but he didn't charge extra. Thank you so much 🙏

Although the car was a bit small for a family of four, the driver was incredibly nice. He drove very smoothly the whole way, and every time we got out, he helped us organize our belongings and put them in the trunk. Whenever we suddenly wanted to eat somewhere or visit historical sites, he politely took us to the designated location. Even on the last day at the hotel, he carefully checked for anything we had left in the car and waited for us at the hotel entrance to retrieve it. He was exceptionally helpful.

The BTS 1-Day Pass is so convenient and great. I received six tickets at the airport and used them throughout my trip to Bangkok without worrying about transportation costs. I plan to get several more tickets for my next trip. I highly recommend it. It makes traveling so much easier.

The reservation was secure, and most importantly, communication was fast. I had entered the wrong hotel number, but they quickly helped me correct it, and the driver was friendly and helpful! Perhaps because it's a tourist destination, Grab and Bolt are expensive, but this service was much cheaper and more convenient!


