Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city.
The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked.
The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.★

It's very easy to use on iPhones, but for Android, people should reconsider. For example, the Xiaomi 14T also supports eSIM, but when adding a SIM, there's no signal despite very helpful support. 5 stars for this app, convenient, easy to use, and the customer service team is excellent.★

This trip was excellent. Traveling alone in Melbourne, I felt a bit insecure, so I opted for the Mercedes-Benz A-Class package. I was quite nervous before they picked me up, but once I got in the car, everyone was Chinese, and the tour guide explained her years of experience in the area, which immediately put me at ease. The tour guide's explanations throughout the trip were very detailed and attentive. Highly recommended! There was also plenty of time to visit each attraction.
