My cousin was visiting from Texas and I took her on the 2 hour Catalina Island adventure, so she could get a taste if island life! It was hot but we really enjoyed the tour! Our guide knew lots of history and facts about the island and we saw the bison! We would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

The crew was super friendly. I would suggest that you bring about $25-40 in cash (for fish food torpedoes/tip for the staff. The torpedoes attract fish to your viewing area. The crew/staff tell you when to deploy food so you don’t waste your money.

I loved visiting the battleship USS Iowa. The self-guided tour lasted about an hour and included the command room, sleeping quarters, mess hall, missiles, and guns. It was really great! Note: Parking is easy on the main street right next to the ship. Very reasonable price through Booking.com.


