The service staff used WeChat to contact us, and their service attitude and problem-solving ability were excellent. I even encountered scams from local people on the way, but fortunately there were service staff, which made me feel quite safe.

To reschedule your ferry in Bohol, you need to go to the OceanJet store outside the pier, located at the main street intersection. I couldn't find it at first, but with the help of Mr. Wang, a WeChat agent, I finally found it and caught the ferry on time. Be careful of scammers at the Cebu pier who might charge you 1,000 pesos to reschedule your ticket, even though it's only 50 pesos at the OceanJet store.


