You need to activate it either with a different SIM card or via Wi-Fi, something like that. They shared my internet connection from another phone, and everything activated quickly. The tour only includes transportation; everything else is self-service due to the distance. You'll need to plan your own activities and activities once you arrive. There's no guide; you're on your own. To take photos with the elephants, you'll need to buy small bananas (100 taels each) to feed them. Meals are also served to the elephants and are at your own expense.
