I used Da Nang Airport Ben in Hoi An. Since I am alone, it is more than half cheaper than Grab. And the original pick-up place is Ivy Hotel.. The day before, I changed it to the pick-up in front of the hotel I was staying in through KakaoTalk, so I was able to move to the airport really comfortably. It was 7 o'clock in the morning, but the locals also use it a lot!

The bus is comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed linens are definitely washed before the trip, as everything smelled of air conditioning. It's a bit hard to sleep at night, though, as you can feel every bump and turn, but that's a drawback of the mode of transport itself, not this particular company. Overall, the experience with them is still positive.

They were very polite and courteous, and the driver was very considerate. This company, from the staff to the driver, is excellent. You can communicate beforehand via WhatsApp to confirm the itinerary and whether there are any extra charges. The driver will also confirm with you the night before, open the car door for you, and wait in the parking lot to appear at any time.

Excellent bus. Comfortable seats, blanket, pillow, and water provided. The ride was quite comfortable, I recommend it.

I highly recommend this airport transfers, they’re very detailed and contacted me via email and whatsapp. They came on time to picked me up. I also booked group tours from them which is cheaper compared online (really worth it) I highly praise the customer service named tien who was very helpful. She made everything possible for me. 
