It's easy to use, quite good, and convenient. We went for 3-4 days and used the eSIM; the internet was very fast, uninterrupted, and didn't slow down. We could check in, update, take photos, and post stories on social media without any worries. // Connecting is also very easy; activation is very simple. After purchasing, they'll give you a QR code to register and activate. When you arrive in the destination country, you can just scan it to connect. To deactivate it when returning to Thailand, just turn off eSIM mode, and that's it. I highly recommend it! 🫶🏻 No need to waste time changing SIM cards back and forth; this is the most convenient option.★

Setting up the eSIM went smoothly. And I had a signal everywhere. I had ordered 2GB/day, but looking back, I think 1GB is sufficient when you are on the go (so outside the hotel) and mainly use the data for navigating with Google Maps, looking up information about places to visit (for example, museums or restaurants), or ordering a Grab taxi.
All in all, I am very satisfied and will almost certainly order the same eSIM via Trip on my next visit to Vietnam.
I did not use customer service, so initially I did not give any points. But apparently, I cannot submit my review without assigning points.★

Excellent and very convenient. I bought an e-SIM from a local operator right at the store, and they quoted me 8GB per day. The next day, I ran out of data (I don't know how you can run out of that much data), and to top it off, I couldn't find a network. I needed to move to another city, and I couldn't go to the store to figure it out, so I bought an e-SIM here. 4GB per day, everything works perfectly! It's easy to connect. It's a really cool feature, I'll always use it whenever I travel to any country.
