The service was excellent. After booking, we set up a WeChat group for communication. Our flight to Luxor was delayed the day we arrived, so we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and get a room number, but we ended up checking in in the wee hours. They even waited for us until we checked in and got our room number. I really don't think it's worth using an agent just to save money. Not only is the communication cost high, but it's also insecure. After spending a lot of money on a trip, it's better to prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience.★

Everything went perfectly. The flight was wonderful. Very beautiful. On the downside: no one offered us tea or coffee, as stated in the excursion description. We had to wait, and we didn't get in on the first approach; we were waiting for the balloons to inflate a second time, so the sun had already risen and it wasn't sunrise. Everything else was great.★
