A wonderful trip. I was a bit unlucky with the weather, but I really enjoyed it. The car is clean and in good condition. The driver drove well and explained everything. I recommend it to everyone.

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.

The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.

The itinerary was excellent. It was a very lucky day; the weather was great, and we could see Mount Fuji. Our tour guide, Sakurada Moe, was extremely professional and attentive. The bus driver was also very safe, ensuring all groups arrived safely at each attraction. The tour guide frequently reminded everyone of things to be aware of. Very considerate. Thank you.

Joining a day tour to Mount Fuji was definitely the right decision. The meeting point was easy to find, transportation was convenient, the driver was punctual, responsible, and very friendly, proactively introducing the attractions and must-do experiences. Once we arrived at the attractions, we set a meeting time and were free to explore at our leisure, with well-planned time allotted for each site.
