I usually use a physical SIM card when traveling, but this time I was in a rush and didn't have time to buy one, so I tried using an eSIM for the first time. I thought it would be a lot of work, but it turned out to be so simple – just follow the instructions! The reception is great. It didn't load at startup, which I thought was a problem, so I turned it off and on again, and then it worked. It automatically connects to the network when crossing borders, which is very convenient! After this initial experience, I will definitely buy an eSIM to replace the physical SIM card in the future.★

Today, Mr. Zheng served our family. His service awareness was excellent, and he was very professional in explaining the scenic area in detail and how to visit it, which made our experience very good. Easy to pickup, was a bit of a wait and some confusion among staff where the sim I ordered was. Signal quality is good, useful if you need a phone number to order food or booking some attractions.
