The entire trip was great and very comfortable—we were able to sleep throughout the journey. The staff were also very flexible and easily accommodated a change in schedule. Our original departure was at 6:30 PM, but we decided to return to Hanoi earlier at 12:30 PM to get enough rest before our flight, and they assisted us promptly without any hassle.
Everything was clean and well-maintained. They provided drinking water, as well as pillows and blankets, which made the trip more restful. Shoes are not allowed inside the bus, which was fine with us and showed how well they take care of the vehicle.
The rest stops were well-timed, giving us a chance to buy snacks along the way. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and well-organized travel experience.★

Great service. The pick up time is one hour earlier than scheduled which is okay for us. Wifi on the bus is not working. Luckily I have my own internet. So be prepared, otherwise the journey can be quite dull unless you plan to sleep on the bus.★

I booked it. A couple of hours later, the operator messaged me on WhatsApp. We agreed on the pickup time, location, and destination. A minibus picked me up from the hotel and took me to another hotel. The ride itself was comfortable, as the bus had captain's chairs! When planning your trip, keep in mind that the bus may not arrive on time, as it picks up passengers from various hotels along the way.
