Communication was very fast and clear. Starting location in the description was unclear but as soon as we booked and texted with them they gave an exact address. Expect to hit traffic on the way there, but they are flexible with the time. All activities were very fun. We went in the winter so there werenβt many tea leaves, but picking the tea flowers was fun.β

For first-time visitors to West Lake, I highly recommend joining a small group tour of 10! Luckily, everyone else in our group cancelled, so the two of us could go! The entire West Lake is 21 kilometers long, and it's difficult to appreciate every view on foot. Then we took a boat to Three Pools Mirroring the Moon Island via a fast route, avoiding the queues! Our guide, Xiao Xu, was very talkative and gentle, providing detailed explanations, and the itinerary wasn't too rushed. A fantastic experience!β
