Each QR code is only valid for 2 hours. The airport staff spent a lot of time scanning the QR codes for a family of 5 who stayed overnight. Hopefully, next time there will be more time allotted for the QR codes.

The price was reasonable, customer service provided prompt assistance, and access to the VIP lounge was no problem at all. I used the Kyra lounge near Gate 23 at Hong Kong Airport. The food selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill me up. The wide variety of cocktails was a major highlight. However, the seating area wasn't very large, and the space was a bit cramped. My biggest complaint was that the sofa fabric often had old stains, making it look dirty and detracting from the experience.
