We booked this tour because my son was considering going to HKU for University. The tour is run by students and when we arrived at the meeting point our guide didn't arrive. Working through Trip.com we got into a WeChat group and they quickly found TT to provide the tour. And she was very helpful and engaged and did a great job. But it may be difficult for other foreigners if they aren't using WeChat to fix the issues.
