The best part was not having to swap SIMs or deal with confusing eSIM profiles. I just popped it in at the airport, activated it, and my HK number worked in Macau too, both data and calls. No extra steps. That kind of seamless experience matters when you’re hopping borders for a short trip.Also, having the same number meant I could still receive verification SMS messages (which mattered when signing into apps or logging into accounts) - something many travel SIMs don’t support well.★

It was a bit chilly when we went, but the scenery was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. They helped us take photos and even gave us complimentary snacks and drinks – all free of charge. There were no hidden costs, so it was great value for money. The whole trip took about an hour. If you're in Hong Kong, you should definitely try a cruise.★
