I activated the SIM card in Russia, and upon arrival in Hanoi, I found a network. The only thing I forgot to do was enable data roaming (without it, the internet doesn't work). Customer support helped me with this (at Hanoi Airport, there was free Wi-Fi at the exit; in Nha Trang, everything worked fine on Viettel 5G).★

I had no issues using it anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City. It was 4G for a while, but once I left the airport, it was stable at 5G. Customer support was quick to respond, although it was a bit confusing because we were both using translators.★

I installed it at the airport in Vietnam, and was able to use it without any problems wherever I was in Ho Chi Minh City for the next three days. However, I had a hard time before the initial installation because the free Wi-Fi at the airport in Vietnam was really hard to connect to.★

The SIM card is excellent and has perfect internet connection. Many people are reporting that it doesn't work. After installation, you need to call 900 and press 1, as instructed. Maybe someone skips this step? I followed the instructions, and everything works perfectly 👍
