You can pre-order and purchase tickets on various sites, but this was the first time I purchased one from Trip.com. I bought it here because I could use the Trip Coins I had saved up. After booking your ride on the Aerex official website, you just hold the QR code at the ticket gate to board. There were no particular issues.

It's easy to use. You just pay for each ticket individually, but the lounge was so crowded that I had to wait to get in. It was my first time in the East wing, and while it was smaller than the West wing, it was more than enough for breakfast.

I used this for four days during my trip to Korea. I usually use WiFi, but this time I tried this service. It was easy to set up and I just had to switch it on when I arrived, so it was very convenient. I was able to use it on the subway and everywhere else without any problems, so I'd definitely use it again when I travel!
