The meeting point was a little confusing, and I ended up going to a different place, but when I showed them the reservation sheet, they pointed me to the correct place. As expected, the instructions were all in English, so there were parts I didn't understand, but since we were traveling as a group, it wasn't a problem. The guide on the way to the gondola was very friendly, but the gondolier didn't say a word and just rowed the boat silently. I was very satisfied with the experience of riding a gondola.

Really.. Every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, he came to the hotel to pick up from dawn and gave me a glass of water! Really... attentive and thankful! On the way to the hot air balloon, he gave me a lot of information about Florence! Very informative ๐Ÿ’— Also, I was a little worried because it was my first time in a hot air balloon, but I was able to ride without fear and not be nervous! If you apply for this tour, you will have a ecstatic and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise in the hot air balloon is a very special experience! ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ’› We were lucky to have only our family on the hot air balloon, but the family loved it so much! The hot air balloon driver is also witty and kind!! After riding the hot air balloon, we celebrated and bursting champagne and Tuscany local food made us even more buzzing ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿพ I want to come back next time ๐Ÿ’— Special and happy for my family Thank you very much for making me full of memories โœจ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป And thank you for taking pictures and videos with drones and good cameras ๐Ÿ˜†

I was really looking forward to this and we were not disappointed! It was a fantastic day, Gabriel our guide was very engaging and knowledgeable. The lunch also at Fattoria Poggio Alloro was the BEST lunch and wine tasting Iโ€™ve been to. Gabriel kept the group on time and the day went smoothly, thanks also to Sergio for his excellent driving skills. The surrounding areas of Sienna and San Gimignano are beautiful and we were allotted very ample free time.
