Everything was great, we arrived on schedule, checked in, dropped off our luggage, sat down (there were enough seats for everyone), sailed on time and arrived on time.

The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.

Very convenient! Go to the second floor, collect your tickets, and fill out the Thailand arrival card. Sample forms are available to help you fill it out, and the staff will patiently assist you. Remember to board the boat later, as the large boat will transfer to a smaller one. Try to get a seat towards the back of the first small boat, so you'll be the first one to arrive on the island and avoid long queues for immigration. Get your passport back first, then proceed with immigration.

The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.

Everything went according to schedule. We got from Tellagai Port to Koh Lipe in an hour and a half. The boat didn't make us feel seasick, the air conditioning worked well, and it wasn't cold. I recommend it for traveling between islands.

Easy booking from your app. Once confirmed, you will be provided with the local mobile number of the agency handling the service. You can then link up with the agent in charge regarding pick up arrangements. This service provided direct transfer service from Pakbara pier to Koh Lipe, unlike a previous different service that make a 30 min stop in another island before continuing to Koh Lipe. So this service is definitely better.


