Everything was very well organized. I loved the staff's work—they guided me through every step, provided helpful advice, and made sure I filled out the form and everything else. While some people may have had some difficulties, for us, everything went perfectly. There are a couple of things to keep in mind, though: fill out all the necessary forms online in advance, save a screenshot of your booking reference for check-in if you don't have internet access on your phone, and bring warm clothes on board, as the air conditioning is very strong and it was really cold.★

I was on the Krabi-Phi Phi route. It took me two hours. Overall, everything was fine, BUT there were a lot of cockroaches on the ferry, regular small ones. I'm not particularly bothered by them, but I did kill two because they were trying to get at my backpack.
