Great experience! Super easy booking the ticket, we arrived at the west gate for about 8:30am on a non-holiday Friday and it was empty, no queue or waiting. Make sure to bring your passport too and they just had our booking details in the system. Amazing experience getting to see the pandas so close!

Everything was excellent. We did not have any difficulties with passing to the territory of the Research Base of Giant Pandas. We spent in the park the whole day and enjoyed every minute of it. There are a lot of pandas on the territory, including babies of giant pandas and red pandas as well.

The tour was excellent! The guide who accompanied us was very good and went out of her way to help us understand everything about the tour. We don't speak English or Chinese, only Spanish, and this young woman managed to help us fulfill my wife's dream of seeing pandas. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the tour and for the person who guided us on this wonderful trip. Thank you so much.
