Fantastic experience. Got changed around a little, because of the bad weather, but it ended up being an upgrade. Guide was knowledgeable, and easy going. The stop for swimming was a highlight.

The boat tour with sparkling wine and snacks was simply fantastic! Our guide had an incredible knowledge of the villas around the lake, the films shot there, and the history of the region. You could really feel his enthusiasm for Lake Como and the surrounding area – it was absolutely contagious! He also gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the area and where to have a lot of fun. The combination of stunning views, interesting stories, and the relaxed atmosphere on board was simply perfect.

The day trip was very interesting and informative. Our guide Andrea was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really helped us understand and appreciate the history, the people and the culture of the entire Como/Lugano region. The bus ride to Lugano was very comfortable as was the ferry ride to Bellagio. Unfortunately because of severe weather conditions we could not complete the scenic boat ride portion from Bellagio to Como and missed out on that portion of the tour. Andrea did try his best to improvise by getting us on a city bus and pointing out as many landmarks as he could but of course it’s not the same. Overall we felt we had a great time with our crew and hopefully look forward to doing this again under better weather conditions. Highly recommended.


