The tour was brilliant which was down to our tour guide Agatha. Agatha was very informative and friendly and knew her stuff regarding swarovski. We found the tour really interesting. The champagne and crystal gift was very thoughtful and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this tour and it is excellent value for money.★

Our guide (Siri) was very helpful and knowledgeable! Skipping the lines to the palace was great…. We didn’t have to wait in a single line! You do not have to get there early either, there are enough parking spots(in the morning tour), and no waiting! The guide/check in is very easy to find! The palace was very interesting especially with a guide telling you all of its secrets! I would not recommend without a guide, but with a guide it is amazing and I strongly recommend!★
