I had to cancel the first SIM card I bought because it wouldn't activate for some reason. I was able to get a second one with the help of technical support. Special thanks to the person I spent about 30 minutes trying to fix the problem. We were able to solve my phone's issue. I had to manually switch carriers, and 5G Italy took off like a rocket! I'm 100% satisfied with the connection, I highly recommend it. It works perfectly, and the actual speed is shown in the screenshot.★

in general - great experience, connection etc. but at first when i turn on simcard it turned out that its broken and not working. but support service helped me and changed my simcard (i payed again, but trip com refund me money for first broken sim). after that i was using this esim for 2 weeks and it was very good.
