The tour was ok 👌 the guide kevin was ok. It's all about me not about the tour itself. I don't prefer big group & big bus tours. I rather prefer small group up to 8. Other than that this tour is perfect 👍👏💯★

I was able to purchase tickets for the Taiwan Shinkansen at a 15% discount, exclusive to foreign tourists! First, you make a reservation here, then select your seat on the Taiwan Shinkansen website. Seats are assigned randomly, so I was able to get a seat next to my friend at the ticket counter on the day. The return trip was fully booked, so I couldn't make it, but I was glad I was able to purchase tickets at a discount!★

We were picked up and dropped off by bus from Taipei Station, which made it very easy to get there. Before we left, the tour guide kindly recommended some shops and roads, even made reservations for teahouses, and gave us a map with all the information. It was a short trip, but it was a very worthwhile experience.
