The trip was simply fantastic! The wine tasting with the truly friendly and welcoming family (and their adorable dogs) was particularly outstanding. You sit comfortably in the shade of the vines and have a wonderful view of the vineyards. The boat trip on the Douro was also great, with stunning views. Our guide that day was excellent too – he answered all our questions and was always up for a laugh :)

The tour was nice. They were touring you through the river and back. It was hard to find a right spot where you can hop on but seems you can anywhere near the bridge. The picture where we find them is here.

Beautiful & well appointed spa. The pool is gorgeous & the hammam (Turkish bath) is generous. We loved our visit.
