I'd like to thank the company for a wonderfully organized excursion to Phnom Kulen National Park, the floating village of Kampong Pluk, and the Beang Mealea Temple.
The trip lasted 11 hours, but it was very comfortable and educational. Our driver and guide, Jan, graciously looked after the tourists, offering cold water and moist, chilled, lemongrass-scented towels. During the excursion, we were treated to a delicious lunch and coconut-filled pancakes, as well as sweet pineapple. It was a wonderful experience. At the end of the excursion, it was very touching to receive a traditional Khmer scarf with the Cambodian emblem as a souvenir.
Our guide, Jan, provided informative and engaging insight into the history of Cambodia and offered photos in beautiful locations. I now have many photos as souvenirs of Cambodia. I appreciated Jan's sense of humor and his thoughtful approach to the tourists.
Thank you for a wonderful excursion. Everything was on time, all program points were met.★

1, itinerary: if you go to the West Coast first, then the East Coast will be more perfect;
2. Visiting attractions: no matter the quantity, or quality is very satisfactory;
3. Land guide: Finally, the tour guide in San Francisco (not even introducing what he called), is not ordinary amateur, but too amateur. But the tour guide from Las to Los Angeles (Li Qunqi) has a strong sense of service, reflecting the level of Trip.com ;
4, with the group leader: English level needs to be improved (Buffalo, let everyone write "exit only" place, waiting to enter); never prompting everyone to book a seat on the website in advance, resulting in everyone scattered in all corners of the plane, but there is a feeling of self-parade; There are many elderly people in the team, and the leader does not reflect the respect for the old side.
If I say that this trip, the most dissatisfied with me is the leader. I hope that Trip.com I can send reliable people to take everyone out in the future.
