We had a great day trip with the kids, and our guide, Kim Ji-hye, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were also a few passengers on the bus from English-speaking groups, so we listened to the tour in both Chinese and English – quite interesting! Haha 😄 Perhaps because they catered to Chinese tourists, the English explanations about the Korean War were even more detailed. During the meeting with North Korean defectors, they showed many scenes from movies about North Korean escapes. One defector, an older woman, said she was a North Korean fisherman. When the North Korean government wanted to confiscate their fishing boat, she and her family escaped to South Korea in their boat. Then everyone asked her many questions in English. Taking photos was prohibited at the observation deck overlooking North Korea 🇰🇵 and at the Third Tunnel. The guide said there was a 30 million won fine for taking photos 😭 Inside the restricted area, South Korean soldiers came up to check passports, and some tourists in our group pulled out their Chinese passports of various colors – so funny! 😄

Zero is beautiful and kind-hearted. I completely don't understand why she said some tourists commented that she wasn't good-looking but was professional—she's clearly very beautiful! She's fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean, a professional tour leader, and has a dry sense of humor. The trip was excellent value for money. The miniature train was fun too; I loved watching Winter Sonata as a child, so this was a dream come true. At Petite France, the kids had a blast on the inflatable slides, and the adults took great photos. At the end of the trip, we even went to Hongdae to listen to music. Overall, it was a perfect, incredibly enriching, and unforgettable trip.

Superb guide kelly. Amazing trip with the tunnel is def the highlight. Not for weak knees or heart. Met kelly again after the tour finish with her husband strolling at Naksan park. Lovely n sporting couple. May God bless them both.

The itinerary wasn't too rushed, making it suitable for families with children of all ages, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it! It was just really hot on Nami Island in June and July 🥶😂. The train experience was great; the kids were happy sitting in the front seat, and the different tunnels had different designs, which was a pleasant surprise for them. The tour guide's language skills were excellent, and communication was smooth in both Chinese and English.

I wanted to go to Achimgoyo Arboretum, but going on my own would have taken too much time and money for a taxi, so I booked this tour. As a result, it was faster and cheaper than going on my own, and I was able to enjoy many different places. Our guide, JG, was smiling from morning till night and was very kind in showing us around. The dakgalbi for lunch was also delicious. Even though we didn't understand each other's language, we were able to communicate using WhatsApp translation, so it was very reassuring. They made efforts to arrive on time even in traffic, and it was a completely worry-free and satisfying tour. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone planning to go to Achimgoyo Arboretum or Nami Island.
