A great way to buy a ticket in advance and avoid changing money at the airport. By purchasing this code, I was able to travel to central Seoul without spending a single won. The ticket exchange process can be a bit confusing: you need to download the official Arex Airport Express app, register, select the desired train and seat, and use the code from trip.com when paying. The code you receive in the Arex app can be used for travel on the train. You can also change your departure time and seat once for free, which I did due to a delayed flight to Seoul.

This is a great card that makes life easier for travelers in Korea. You can order the card in advance and pick it up from a machine once you're there—a great option. You can top up your card with old dollars, which is another great option. You can also top up your T-money wallet separately. The transfer feature from your main account to your T-money account is unstable: the transferred amount didn't reach your T-money account, and we had to resolve the issue with support (which was successful). If you want to pay with your card from your main account, you need to insert the card, and if you want to pay from your T-money account, you need to tap the card on the payment terminal.★

I bought this pass after watching bloggers' stories and I definitely recommend it! It's incredibly convenient and a real money-saver. We got two 72-hour passes—we got a discounted entry to Seoul Skytrain, free entrance to palaces, free traditional costume rentals, and a haircut, a free visit to the Namsan Tower Observatory, free entry to Lotte Park, and probably would have had time for more, but we just had to leave. The Matina Lounge is a reliable sanctuary at Incheon. Despite a long check-in queue during the lunch rush, the wait was acceptable as the staff moved efficiently.
Inside, the lounge is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food is the highlight, featuring a high-quality spread of Korean classics, a fresh salad bar, bakery items, and fruit. The drink selection is equally impressive, with coffee, tea, and self-serve wine and beer on tap.
While the overall "package" offers great value—combining a full meal, drinks, and a quiet workspace—the kids' meal options could be improved to better cater to families. You might save a few won at a terminal restaurant, but for the comfort and variety, Matina is well worth the price.
