The staff were very welcoming, and the food was delicious. Upon entering, you register to take a shower, which was immediately available and incredibly effective at washing away the fatigue of a layover! They also provided Singapore plug adapters so we could charge our devices comfortably.

A welcome place to refresh after a flight. The only one I could find for arrival passenger from red eye flight. Hub and spoke opens at 8am, the airport hotels are quickly full bookes. This one opens at 6am onlg unfortunately but was the best (bet). Line up early as it is high in demand. Baths are only for 20min shifts, so not exactly relaxing but the bathroom itself is very nice. The lounge area is nice, but the food is almsot disappointing, especially for the price. Staff were great though and very kind and the bathroom was very nice and full service.

It was very good, but exchanging tickets for the night safari and canopy ride was a bit of a hassle. It would be better if there was a little more information about the procedure. It was the only thing that bothered me, especially since everything else was so great.

After purchasing a ticket, a QR code is sent to you. Attractions that require reservations must be booked separately. Attractions that do not require reservations can be accessed using the QR code sent to you. The day before my departure, when I showed the QR code to the staff at the entrance, I was told I needed a different ticket and was not allowed in. When I returned to the hotel and asked the hotel staff, they looked into it thoroughly and told me that I did not need to purchase a different ticket. Normally, Harry Potter requires 40 tokens. On the day I went again on the day of my departure, I was able to enter the entrance without any problems. However, at the front desk, I was told that it was a peak day and the price had changed to 65 tokens. I had purchased tickets for 60 and 95 tokens, totaling 130 tokens for two people, but I was told that they could not be combined. I paid SG$5 at the pass counter at a nearby station to change the 60 ticket to a 65 ticket and went back to the entrance. This time, the staff at the entrance said I couldn't enter with this ticket, and I was at a loss until someone from the front desk came out and I was finally allowed in. It turned out that neither the staff at the entrance the day before nor on the day of my departure were aware of this pass system. Originally, I could have entered with 40 tokens, but since it was the next day, I ended up using it on a peak day when prices had increased. I wanted to use up the remaining 30 tokens with my 95 ticket by buying ice cream at a shop, but I was told I couldn't use it. I ended up leaving without using the 30 tokens, which were equivalent to SG$30. Since it was a pass that originally had a discount, when I calculated it, it was essentially the same as the entrance fee, so I didn't lose money, but I spent the whole night researching and paying, and ended up wasting 30 tokens, so I spent the time I was going to the night pool researching. I felt like I lost out because I wasted valuable time. There is no balance display even after use, so you need to keep track of the tokens for each attraction by writing them down or something. It's also good to know that there are local staff who don't know how to use the pass, and that some restaurants on Sentosa Island don't accept it, so it's a good idea to check thoroughly in advance.

My family and I were very satisfied! The Cloud Forest was especially impressive, and the cool, comfortable atmosphere inside made it a great experience. We received our QR code tickets the day after booking, which made entry very smooth. I highly recommend this place!
