This is my second purchase. The counter for exchanging currency is the same one after clearing customs; just ask. Have your order QR code ready; there's a SIM card exchange tool at the window.
Also, remember to remove the large SIM card; it's the MRT transit card with 3 Singapore dollars on it…I almost lost it! The signal is okay.★

One booking where we booked big bus day trip but it was constantly booking the night one. Connected customer support, got an extremely delayed response and the issue remained unresolved. Apart from the rest wirled swell.
