This is a reliable service you can book with confidence. Guide Andy was friendly and warm, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Excellent food recommendations as well. We are a mixed English and Chinese speaking group, so we were able to overcome any language gap by switching languages. We communicated via Wechat before the tour and could explain what we were interested to see and discuss an itinerary together. Andy did not rush us along, which did mean we had to adjust our itinerary during the day, but we were happy to do so because we had already seen parts of West Lake the day before. If you are on a strict schedule, you should communicate that as well and I'm sure they will ensure you can see everything you want to. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this service.★
