I stayed in Almaty and nearby area. The signal is excellent however there's no signal when I was on the mountain (I think it's the same as other network). For the short period, I cannot connect to the internet so I ask customer service in Trip.com to help solving problem. They responded so fast and help me solve the problem immediately. I'm really appreciated their prompt services.

Overall is OK becasue can use in Kyrgyzstan as well, some part in the National Park has no signal but do understand.
