This was a shared tour itinerary; it was just the two of us plus one family of three.
-7:10 The driver picked us up from the hotel, and we set off to watch the sunrise.
-8:00-8:30 Spruce Meadow Cableway
-Blue Moon Valley to
-12:00-12:30 Glacier Cableway
-16:45-17:00 Return train. We were very satisfied with the itinerary. Tickets for the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Glacier Cableway are extremely difficult to get, but this tour included both cableway and train tickets. The driver was very steady; he only took us to Ganhaizi for the sunrise, then to the visitor center, and then we were on our own. The person in charge frequently checked on us via WeChat, asking if the driver had picked us up, if we had arrived at the Spruce Meadow Cableway, and reminding us of the Glacier Cableway boarding and alighting times. Very thoughtful. We missed the return train because there were too many people getting off the cable car, but it was okay; we just took a Didi (ride-hailing service) back to the hotel. Highly recommended.★

Food was good and the show was good. The listing is not accurate on time: the venue opens at 5:30 and starts the food around 6:00. Interesting display of traditional costumes and culture during the show. Food is all you can eat, which is a very good deal for the price.★

I went to see this show without any expectations, but I was completely satisfied. It was a dynamic performance, featuring galloping horses on a natural stage. And the magnificent music. I loved it. However, I was worried about sunstroke because I had to sit in the blazing sun for an hour without any protection.★

The route was perfectly organized! Excellent car and driver. We saw all the sights in peace and quiet, with plenty of stops at interesting places. About 10 hours from Lijiang to Shangri-La on a gorgeous mountain road. Constant support via WeChat. We highly recommend!★

The assigned driver was exceptionally pleasant, punctual, friendly and experienced. He (王师傅）suggested a changing of the itinerary order in order to avoid jams and crowds and it was great. After exiting Xishan, we saw the volume of people and cars coming in to the attractions. When we visited the Stone Forest, the crowds were also thinning so we could take great photos without the crowd. He was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we don't get lost and keeping track of our progress. I'm also very grateful for Herbert and the team checking on our progress. We only booked for a driver so there was no guide. Overall it was very enjoyable and values for money.
