I had connection issues the first time I connected. I contacted support, and they responded quickly and helped me figure it out. I got a 10GB internet plan for 30 days. For the first two weeks, the internet was flying, no problems at all, but then it apparently switched to power-saving mode; nothing really loaded. I activated it on the plane arriving in Madrid, and was worried about the weak signal on the runway, but once we entered the airport building, it was fully operational. I had no problems at all until I finished it at the airport on my way back home. It's the cheapest price I've ever used, so it's great.★
