The hotel initially charged a separate deposit upon check-in, which I didn't understand, since I had already paid in full. It was later resolved through Ctrip, but that's the most frustrating part. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. The hotel breakfast was good. The location is excellent and very convenient, just 50 meters from Jiefangbei. It's easy to get around.

It was pretty good. A huge thank you to the local travel agency! Because our train was delayed and we missed the first day's itinerary, the agency did everything they could to help us make it to the second day. They even drove us around and provided a dedicated guide for the whole day. We were extremely grateful! However, the guide in Xining wasn't very professional.
