Mt. Hood Meadows
No. 2 of Ski Resorts in Oregon

Mt. Hood Meadows

5.3
Mt. Hood Meadows is located on the southwest slope of Mt Hood in Oregon, United States, about 110 km from Portland, and covers an area of approximately 670 hectares. As one of the most diverse ski resorts in the Cascade Range, a lift system connects the ski runs. The "Heather Canyon" on the southeast side of the ski area attracts enthusiasts with its 35-degree steep slopes and bowl terrain, while the "Clark Creek" area in the northwest preserves original fir forests and features a 6 km cross-country ski trail. Three terrain parks are equipped with facilities such as box rails and halfpipes, and regularly host freestyle skiing lessons. In summer, the lift is open up to an altitude of 2,400m, and hiking along the wildflower-covered volcanic rock zone leads to a glacier viewpoint. The mountain bike park features 10 downhill trails of varying difficulty. This mountain area, which blends the vitality of volcanic landscapes with year-round outdoor experiences, serves as a multi-dimensional gateway to exploring the natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest.Hood River County · 25.5 km from downtown

It's a very beautiful day. I drove here by myself and enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way. There are not many tourists, but more people from local areas and surrounding cities drive here to play. The scenery is beautiful and the view is broad.

如果想自驾去俄勒冈州波特兰的人可以考虑开车过去。其亮点是河谷的山景以及远眺哥伦比亚河。在俄勒冈州是不错的风景点。对摄影爱好者来说黄昏是非常值得等候的景色!
