Parque de los Pies Descalzos is a Zen-inspired urban green space themed around "bare feet," funded by the local public utility company EPM and built between 1998–2000. Medellin Barefoot Park is the largest city park here. When I went there, it happened to be hosting a light show. The colorful neon lights created different shapes and characters. It was like entering a fairy tale world. It was beautiful and lively.
