Malcesine, dominated by an elegant castle, is a magical place with unforgettable views. This romantic town on the eastern shore of Lake Garda once inspired famous celebrities such as Goethe, who lived here during his time in Italy. Medieval allies on their way to Scaliger Castle, restaurants and shops along the lake promenade and the Malcesine atmosphere continue to attract thousands of tourists who choose it as a holiday destination. The striking tower of Scaliger Castle appears to rise on rock buttresses and has a very ancient origin. A Lombard settlement built by the Scaliger family, the castle is now an interesting natural history museum dedicated to the flora and fauna of the Lake Garda region and Mount Baldo. If you want to go for breathtaking views, you can take a very modern cable car. From the panoramic gondola, you can see the sudden transition from the olive and oleander gardens of the Mediterranean flora to the mountain flora. If in winter, ski slopes of different difficulty can be skied downhill with stunning views of the azure lake, in summer Malcesine Lake Bay is full of colorful sailing, kitesurfing and windsurfing, while on land the Both are vigorous hikers and mountain bikers.Torri del Benaco · 12.2 km from Sirmione

Castello Scaliger is a landmark building in Sirmione on Lake Garda, Italy. It was built in the 13th century during the reign of the Veronese Scala family to protect this strategic peninsula. The castle is famous for its unique underwater fortress design. It is surrounded by the clear waters of Lake Garda and retains a medieval dock that can still moor ships today. This well-preserved castle displays the typical Scala family architectural style, including four towering corner towers and iconic swallowtail battlements. Visitors can climb the steps to the main tower to overlook the panoramic view of Lake Garda, or stroll along the wall walkway to feel the fusion of history and nature. There is a museum inside the castle that displays medieval weapons and local historical relics, while the Scala family emblem at the entrance of the drawbridge tells of the authority of the past. In short, Castello Scaliger is not only a witness to the history of Sirmione, but also an ideal place for tourists to understand medieval lake defense architecture and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake area.Sirmione · 564m from downtown

Lake Garda in Italy, the visual impact is here, Lake Garda in Italy, the beauty is bubbling like a dream, it feels like entering a fairyland. It is so beautiful that I dare not describe it easily. It’s just that my photography skills are limited. Friends who like it must go and see it in person if they have the opportunity
