Seattle Center is a legacy site of the 1962 World's Fair and has developed into a cultural park that integrates technology, art, music, and urban history. Iconic venues such as the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Museum of Pop Culture, and Pacific Science Center are all located here. The International Fountain plaza, as the central open space of the park, is a place for visitors to rest and gather. The Space Needle is the park's iconic landmark. The observation deck offers 360-degree panoramic views. The observation level features a rotating glass floor, allowing you to look directly down at the city ground through the transparent glass beneath your feet. On clear days, you can see Mount Rainier in the distance from the tower, and at dusk, you have the chance to see the silhouette of the snow-capped mountain and the city lights turning on one by one. Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibits numerous works by glass artist Dale Chihuly, with indoor galleries and outdoor gardens complementing each other. The Museum of Pop Culture was designed by architect Frank Gehry. The museum features an interactive Sound Lab where visitors can get hands-on experience with instruments like electric guitars, drums, and keyboards, and even try their hand at mixing music. The Pacific Science Center is family-friendly, featuring an IMAX theater and a tropical butterfly house, where butterflies reside year-round in a warm and humid environment. The park hosts the Festál series of cultural festivals throughout the year, centered around the International Fountain plaza and various venues, showcasing music, dance, and cuisine from different ethnic groups.Seattle · 40.7 km from Snoqualmie

University of Washington

University of Washington is a public research university located in Seattle. The eastern edge of its main campus borders the open waters of Lake Washington. With red-brick and gray-stone academic buildings, vast lawns, and tree-lined paths interwoven throughout, the entire campus feels more like a park where you can wander at will. The campus highlights are concentrated in the central area: The Quad is planted with nearly 30 Yoshino cherry trees that are over 90 years old. They usually reach full bloom in mid-to-late March, creating a sea of pink and white flowers against the gray-brick academic buildings, making this a representative spot for cherry blossom viewing in Seattle during the spring. Red Square, located on the south side of the Quad, is paved with red bricks and serves as the campus gathering hub. To the west of Red Square, Suzzallo Library is a masterpiece of Collegiate Gothic architecture, with towering pointed arch windows and towers that exude an academic atmosphere. The Graduate Reading Room inside is famous for its stained-glass windows and wooden vaulted ceilings. Walking south from Red Square along the lawn corridor, the circular Drumheller Fountain aligns perfectly with Mount Rainier in the distance. The view framing the fountain, the green corridor, and the snow-capped mountain is a classic, highly recognizable photo spot for this university. Visitors interested in nature and culture can also check out the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture on campus, which features unique dinosaur fossils and art collections.Seattle · 39.2 km from Snoqualmie

The Columbia Center is a skyscraper in the center of Seattle, USA. It was completed in 1985 and has become the tallest building in Seattle with a height of 76 floors and 304 meters, higher than the well-known Space Needle. Three geometrically concave tops are staggered on the sides of the building, so it looks like three buildings of different heights next to each other. There is a viewing platform on the 73rd floor of the building, which can overlook the tranquility and beauty of Seattle, a livable city, and the skyline at the end, where the outline of the snow-capped mountains is faintly discernible.Seattle · 38.8 km from Snoqualmie

Pike Place Fish Market, a popular landmark on Pike Street in downtown Seattle, opened in 1930 and is considered one of Seattle's iconic landmarks. Once on the verge of bankruptcy, in 1986, owner Yokoyama and his employees decided to break through with a unique business model, creating the iconic flying fish show, which brought them widespread fame. The market is most famous for its lively flying fish sales: employees shout out customer orders and deftly toss the fish around like a ball, transforming the mundane task of selling fish into a fun performance. The owner also summarized four principles, including "enjoying your work," to infect customers with the enthusiasm of his employees. It insists on supplying 100% sustainable, high-quality wild-caught Pacific seafood and offers nationwide overnight delivery. Today, it attracts tens of thousands of visitors daily, with even greater crowds in the summer. Furthermore, its story has been featured in books, becoming a classic example of workplace empowerment, offering visitors a unique shopping experience and serving as a cultural symbol of a positive work ethic.Seattle · 39.7 km from Snoqualmie

You can walk to the Seattle 520 Bridge from Bellevue, as shown in Figure 1. There is also a beautiful park and parking lot here. If you like to walk across the bridge, you can reach Seattle. If you like to take the bus, you can also do so. The bus station is just below the parking lot. There are many buses and the waiting time is not long. It is very convenient.

The learning atmosphere is great, and it is a good university for studying. The cost-effectiveness of tuition fees can be improved... Children can come here for summer camps to experience the atmosphere of a world-renowned university. The natural scenery here is also great. You can sit on the grass and read quietly under the blue sky on weekends...

Technology is a very complex bunch of things: processes, rules, products and systems. Making it easier to understand can be quite challenging but the Visitor Center at MS'' campus does a great job of showing the application of technology to every day activities.

amazingly seafood and fun vibe for sure! reminds me of San Francisco; the best part was watching the buskers! I met a woman who played the drums to Dr. Feel good by Motley Crü and was awesome! I had oyster shooters with 4 of the seafoods mongers, while buying delicious smoked Salmon. Walking down the strip, I ran into a place that sold warm chocolate chip cookies with flaky sea salt on top. delicious! Finally, there was a Turkish ran shop and the woman gave me excellent advice on gifts and had the best Baklava I've ever eaten.

The Gum Wall is a rather unique attraction. Located down the stairs from the little golden pig statue at Pike Place Market, it's a popular spot for taking photos. The gum on the wall was added by people waiting in line at the market theater a long time ago, and it's gradually accumulated. Don't forget to bring some gum as a souvenir when you visit!
