Walking along the stone paths of the Cultural Park, I was met by quaint buildings with soaring eaves, carved beams, and painted rafters, imbued with Lingnan style. Each building seemed to tell a story from the past, inviting me to stop and admire. The park was shaded by lush trees and vibrant flowers, and the air was filled with a delicate fragrance, creating a refreshing and soothing atmosphere.
What captivated me most was the exquisite Lingnan Garden. It featured flowing bridges, rockery, ponds, pavilions, and towers, all ingeniously laid out, offering a unique scene at every turn. Strolling along the winding paths, admiring the koi carp frolicking in the pond and listening to the distant birdsong, I felt as if I had lost track of time.
In the Cultural Park's exhibition area, I also saw many traditional Lingnan handicrafts, such as exquisite Guangdong embroidery, delicate ceramics, and unique paper-cuts. These works showcase the wisdom and exquisite craftsmanship of the Lingnan people and gave me a deeper understanding of Lingnan culture.
This trip to Lingnan Cultural Park allowed me to appreciate the unique charm of Lingnan culture and made me love this land full of cultural heritage even more.
